how to customize the compaign page

I would like to create a group buying page
How could i custonize the campaign page inorder to show the introduction of the product
and can i set limitation to the doantion like the total limit of donation, donation end date, quantity of donation ( like purchase 1 for 100$, 2 for $200, and user cannot donation $150)??thx
