how to deactivate after one payment is complete?

Sorry I try to find this code or something hint literally everywhere. But find nothing. I have a simple regular wp post which means store item and all that I do is putting there through the block one button to stripe checkout form (form that I create inside your plugin). So my question is how to deactivate the form/button or even whole post after one payment complete?
One item = one payment. I cant accept another payment there. All items is exclusive.
P.S. Strange things – even If I deactivate form inside the your plugin by chose the “Pending” status, its not given me anything, button still there at the post and still worked.

Perfect thank you! Just one more question. Now “buy” button just hidden if form not active or payment completed. Is it possible to show my own button like deactivated gray “in reserved” while wp post is active. I think this way client will be feeling more comfortable.
UPD: Sorry I get it by myself, We need just edit this line :
if ( 'publish' !== $status ) { return ''; }and just put whatever we need inside return ‘HERE’;
