• I use latest wordpress, my site https://www.inspire2rise.com/ is hosted on Godaddy’s servers. I use wp super cache along with db-cache reloaded fix. And apart from that I use Google’s pagespeed service too, but still I am not able to go below the 3 second mark.
Earlier on my previous host laod time was 979 milliseconds.
What can I possibly do now ?

  • Do you have a dedicated server or vps from godaddy? Are you running apache or nginx? What version, what configuration? If you’re using shared hosting you’re at the mercy or whatever else is running on that server. Have you done basic php time() – time() comparisons to see where your code is hanging up? Are you using a CDN like cloudflare?

There are a lot of things you can do, but people on these forums can’t just wave magic wands and diagnosis your entire server configuration and hosting solution. There are a lot of things you can do, but we have no idea of your skill or experience level, much less what’s going on with your server, and so no one can help you without more information.

I am using shared hosting plans by Godaddy. It has APC code enabled on it. Earlier I had tried W3 -total cache but it slowed down my response time.
    Any solution ?

Spend the money and get a better hosting acount. As much as I don’t like to say it, GoDaddy don’t have a good reputation for hosting and are pretty much never recommended for that around here.

Seeing as hw you were getting almost three times the speed at your last host, why not move back to them?

I looked a the site and it does look good as far as the content itself and it’s loading quickly, but sounds like you’re still experiencing some latency at your end. We could definitely look into that for you and see if there’s anything we can do from this end. Go ahead and submit a ticket for our Hosting team here: https://x.co/heretohelp

Include any details and times (if you have them) where you’re seeing the latency and we’ll investigate and see what we can find.

I Use pagespeed service by google too, the only thing which is bad is origin server response time.
I was on Zyma earlier, though they were a lot faster. But there were lots of extra charges.
