how to delete a path

    Hi all,

    When upgrading NextGen the plugin was deleted and I am not able to download as apparently the ‘path’ already exists. I am not a technical wiz, but was thinking if I can delete this path, then I maybe able to add NextGen as a plugin as my website is now without a gallery :-(.

    Any pointers, please, please.

  • path as the the folder already existed in your server? You may need to access your server via ftp (or cpanel file manager) to delete the folder where the plugin will be installed.

    it has taken me ages … but figured it out. Thank you so much!!!! Back to the drawing board.
