How to delete all changes (2 original default setting) on parent and child theme

  • Hi, I’ve had issues with my theme for a few days now… ever since i updated my parent theme (twenty twelve) my child theme (linen) doesn’t really work that well together with parent theme.

    It all looks so messy now, thesilvernotebook.com

    all of my titles, in site title, entry title, meny title also in comments the text is vertical? I have tried to fix this, but nothing helps…

    so im wondering if there’s a way for me to just clean all updates and changes i’ve made with the coding so that it can all get back to the way it was before? so that I have a clean slate… ?

  • Try removing the theme completely and reinstalling it. This will get rid of all the code changes but your settings might still be there after the re-installation. To remove the settings you will have to go through your wp_options table and get rid of the theme settings manually.
