• I hired a guy to create a website for Canada a couple years ago, he installed your plugin to duplicate everything. The Canada site didn’t work well so I deactivated the plugin to detach the Canadian site from my main site. Once I did that, I found not only I have duplicated pages (with the same URL), but also all media items, documentations are all duplicated! When I spent almost the whole day yesterday to try to delete those duplicated images (only left one image per item), as they take a lot of disk spaces, then I found out my site did not working correctly – the store item, website pages, showing missing images, even though I have one in the media library. Please help me or send me the documentation how to deal with the duplicated items after deactivating the plugin.

    Thanks.

    Hi @linortek,

We will be glad to assist you with your request.

Our plugin’s files and directories should be deleted from the root directory because you have uninstalled and deactivated it.

Nevertheless, if you could try updating the permalinks by logging into your WordPress Dashboard to address this, Please Go to Settings > Permalinks. Select an alternative permalink structure -> Save Changes. We hope this should help you to fix the issue you have as broken images.

Please contact us back if you any more queries.

    Warm regards,

    Support team – Duplicate Page

Hi, thank you for getting back to me! I tried as suggested ( change the permalinks from Post Name to Plain), but the problem still there. Please see the screenshot below, and suggest what else I can try.

    Thanks again!
