How to delete extra icons under post title

Hello,
I added small sharing icons at the end of blog posts.

I don’t want sharing icons at the top as shown in this blog post:

My settings seem to be correct. I have only the box checked for icons at the bottom of a blog post. But the ones at the top will not go away.

Anyone know a fix?
