• Hi, my wp_options table is full of likebtn_ records. It has an exaggerated size, 280 mega. Is there a way to delete all likebtn_ records from the database? because the site is very very slow. If there is no solution, I am forced to delete the plugin and deactivate the PRO version.
    Thanks.

    Hello!

    Unfortunately, there are no tools for that in our plugin. The only way to prevent our plugin data from storing in the DB table is to disable the synchronization. You can do it by removing the login and password on the plugin “settings” page.

    @likebtn-support Synchronization has always been disabled.

    Hello!

    Sorry, we misinterpret your question. WordPress should handle records of the “wp_options” table without any problems and our plugin is not creating so much of them as you described. We will need to inspect your database more closely. Please create a support ticket using the “contact us” form of our site.

    @likebtn-support Thanks for your reply.

    I did it last week and this was your answer:

    Hello! No, unfortunately, there are no tools for that in our plugin.

    Thanks.

    @likebtn-support I checked the database and in wp_options there are hundreds and hundreds of likebtn_ records.

    If I uninstall and delete your plugin ( Pro Version ) using the classic WordPress method, are all these records deleted from the database?

    Because all this slowed down the site a lot.

    Thanks.

    Hello!

    Yes, we gave you the correct answer – that’s not possible to remove those records using the tools of our plugin. But we wanted to check how many records you have. If it’s only a few hundred, then everything is fine. It shouldn’t have any impact on your site’s performance. If you will delete our plugin – these records will be removed too.
