How to delete my plugin reviews on www.ads-software.com Forums?

I have in the past written a few reviews on these forums for various WP plugins that I use. I would like to know how to delete reviews that I no longer wish to be associated with, eg. if I am no longer happy with the plugin and/or support received from the dev. Rather than edit the review itself or reduce the star rating, which then likely involves a response from the dev, I would prefer to simply delete it entirely.

I don’t think this is currently possible, since reviews are just topics like any other. So firstly, is there any way to do it? And if not, would this be something that would be considered in future?

Thanks @sterndata I understand. I expect this will never change as it would require a huge overhaul of the backend.

I don’t know whether this has been discussed before, but I’m wondering what to do about the reviews that no longer reflect my views. Eg. I could delete the text and change the title to ‘review deleted’? I’d also need to decide whether to change the star rating. Have you any views on this?

You can edit old reviews to say whatever you like.

Okay, I will delete both the text and title, but would change the title to ‘review deleted’, if it’s not possible to have no title.

Since the system does not allow for reviews to be deleted, I will not post any further reviews.

You can edit reviews, but not to be blank.

Please consider an option to remove the rating even if the discussion topic is kept. Currently, I can only change my rating to something specific, but I would like to withdraw my rating after it was made irrelevant by plugin update.

Reviews can *always* be edited.

Yes, we know, Steven.

And it would be great if one could remove the rating when editing the review post. Or maybe even when making a new one. To have only some review text without specific star count and without affecting the average rating.
