How to delete old facebook pixel

Thanks so much for your question! I’d be happy to get this resolved for you.

It sounds like the plugin still has the settings from the previous install. While it’s possible to reset the plugin via the manage connection window, this only works if you still have access to that account and page.

In this case, we’ve created a small plugin that can be used to reset the plugin settings back to default, allowing you to run through the Get Started wizard from fresh with the correct account.

Would you please download and install this plugin? This will add a new tool available at WooCommerce > Status > Tools called “Reset Facebook for WooCommerce settings“. Please click the Reset Settings button here, and then navigate back to the Facebook for WooCommerce plugin settings screen to try again!

Could you let me know when you have a moment to try this out and let me know if it works for you? ??

Thanks for keeping me in the loop! I’m sorry that the tool didn’t work for you in the end. Deleting from the database is what it should do by using the delete_option() function of WordPress, so I’m not sure what happened there.
