How to delete or replace sentences across multiple posts?

    I have a website where I am currently reformatting and I seem to have run into a wall.

    At the top and bottom of several posts are specific messages for example

    “THIS IS EXAMPLE TEXT AT TOP OF POST”

    “THIS IS EXAMPLE TEXT AT BOTTOM OF POST”

    These are places at the top and bottom of the main content in the post, and it’s repeated across numerous posts.

    Is there a way where I can either:

    A. Mass remove these texts from the each posts.

    B. Replace the texts with something else if A isn’t possible.

    The content in the post is what I want to keep but the text at the top and bottom of the pages is what I need to remove.
