    Hi There,

    I have recently migrated the website from Siteground. It is sad, but I couldn’t afford the renewal prices, unfortunately.
    Although the SG Optimizer was deactivated when the migration took place, the minification files remained. I need to use another optimisation plugin as SG Optimizer is not supported on the new server. How can I delete these files to avoid conflicts?

    At the moment I have no optimisation plugin installed and the Cloudflare minification option is OFF, but if you look at the Pagespeed report, you will still see the minified files.

    Any help is very much appreciated.

    Hey @cezarina

    Just delete the siteground-optimizer-assets folder in your uploads dir.

    Hi Stanimir,
    @sstoqnov

    I did that a few days ago, but the minified files are still in there.

    I have deleted the cache from the server and Cloudflare, but they didn’t go away. Is there any other way I could delete them, please?

    Shall I take the time and delete them manually? Will that break the website?

    Thanks again,
    Cezarina

    A quick update. I created a staging site and deleted manually all minified files. It does impact the site layout, but most importantly when I ran a few performance tests on GTMetrix and WebPageTest, the minified files still appeared, although they did not exist in the directories on the server anymore. I had cleared the cached with Varnish. Nothing.It looks as if they are cached someplace else ??

    Any other suggestions?

    Thanks
