How to delete the sticky header bar

Hello,

I apologize if my lingo isn’t correct.

I’ve been trying to figure out how to delete this bar of posts that appears once you start scrolling. I’ve been told it’s probably a “sticky header bar”.

I’ve spent days on this and can’t figure it out.
