I’m using ProductFeedPro but my “/uploads/product-catalogs” folder is full of tmp files of my feed.
The original file is main-product-catalog.xml butin the same folder I find:
    main-product-catalog.xml.tmp
    main-product-catalog.xml.tmp0xOAkO
    main-product-catalog.xml.tmp1mELGe
    and many similar others.

This files are too big and fill my host.

How can I set the plugin for an automatic delete of this files?

    Thank You

    Hi,

Thanks for using our plugin and reaching out to us.

The _tmp files are being created upon feed creation or when an update of the feed takes places. When the feed processing is done the _tmp feed versions or being copied to the final feed URL and removed. Hence, when your feeds finish processing and updating fine there should not be any _tmp files left.

When there are still some _tmp (this is and example the format: Hhgdg7MbGDLFo1CDitCfJOuZcn63Nafk_tmp.xml) and none of your feeds are processing then you can safely delete them.

Sorry, but the problem still again.
My folder is full of tmp file with the format .xml.tmp**** and not ****_tmp.xml
I know i can delete this file, but i would like to automate this job.
Can you help me for this trouble?

The plugin deletes these _tmp files after it is done processing your feed and the status of the feed is “ready”. Perhaps you have restricted permissions on that folder so the plugin is not allowed to automatically delete them?
