  • From the admin section of WordPress go to Appearance > Widgets and then choose the widget area you want to edit. In your case, it is probably ‘Right Sidebar’. Then remove the widget by expanding it open and clicking ‘delete’.

Alternately if you don’t want a sidebar at all, choose a layout without a sidebar. Do that from within the page edit screen.

Mr Case thanks for your fast reply.

From the widgets area i have “sidebar” and “footer Widget area” both are empty

Could you give me more details about the edit screen??

    Best

That means you don’t have “archive” there anymore! yay!

If you want to get rid of the empty sidebar altogether since you don’t have anything in it now, go to your ‘Biografia’ page from the admin section. on the right side you should see ‘page attributes’. If the theme has different templates to choose from, you can change the template that page uses. Try one without a sidebar.

If you aren’t seeing any of these changes being made try clearing your cache.

    Hi,

Please add any widget to both widget area to remove default widgets.

Or if you don’t want to show anything on sidebar/footer please add empty Text Widget to that widget area.

    Thanks.
