How to deselect all fields

When you will go to edit a product, there you will get the Option of PPOM Fields, you can deselect all the PPOM fields attached to that product, and the product will no longer show any of the fields; see this screenshot – https://vertis.d.pr/i/ufzlB9

This does not work for me. The PPOM selections are radio buttons and not check boxes. Any solution?

This issue might be occurring due to a plugin conflict. Can you please deactivate all plugins except PPOM and Woocommerce and see if the issue persists? You can safely do that without affecting the site, by using the?Health Check?plugin’s troubleshoot mode. If the problem is gone, activate the plugins one by one and repeat the action until you find the conflict.

I deactivated every plugin accept woocommerce and PPOM fields but I am still only seeing radio buttons instead of check boxes.

Hi there,

As the notice from your screenshot, is mentioning, this feature is available just in the PRO version. That’s why in your case, you are seeing radio buttons instead of checkboxes, because in the free version, you can choose just one group of fields.

My original question is how to unselect so no PPOM fields are selected. This is not possible with a radio button. Was this an oversight?

Sorry for not making things clear!

In the free version, as mentioned in the current thread is not possible to select/deselect all PPOM fields in the same time for one product.

However, you can remove the PPOM fields by going to WooCommerce > PPOM Fields > Select the group of your choice > Click on Attach to Products and there you can remove the product from where you want to remove. You’d need to do this for all PPOM field groups that you have attached to the product. https://vertis.d.pr/i/FOTgN9
