How to detect where my visitor came from

    Hi

    I am using cformsII. On this form there are four products that the user can express their interest in. I would like to know which page the user came from within my site so I can decide which product to have selected by default.

    For instance if the user looked at the health product and clicked request information it would take them to the request info page that uses the form with the health product initially selected.

    If they simple clicked the request page icon it would take them to the request info page that has the default form, without any products being initially selected?

    Any ideas?
