how to devide my site into English and Telugu language

    hi my site name is https://tollywood2bollywood.com/

    Presently iam posting only telugu language articles only. when i try to aply google adsence, the say ur site is not in english language so please design it and aply later.

    how to create static front page with English Version, And how to Add Sections like Box Office, News Updates, Reviews…. etc.

    If anyone know it please help me to create that
