How to disable 3rd party downloader from wordpress site ?

  • Locally i have developed one music site by WordPress theme and its running well. The problem is once the media file streaming on browser, Internet Download Manager(IDM) detect it and generate the download link.

    So i want to build my site where visitors will able to play and listen the music but they are NOT allowed to download the streaming media by any down-loader.

    Have any special WordPress function to stop all downloader or have any plugin to stop this ??

  • No – there are no such functions in WordPress. In fact, in order to just view a page on your site, the content of that page – including all images etc – has to be downloaded onto the viewer’s computer. That’s how web sites and web browsers work.
