How to disable a redirect script within the editor? Can no longer open editor.

In short, I added a page redirect wrapped in shortcode from a membership plugin, that only displays/executes for logged-in users.

Unfortunately I didn’t anticipate the editor executing the script, which sends me to a ‘unable to load content’ error, because Elementor appears to not know what is happening to the page.

So, how can I access this page to get rid of the offending script? Do I have no choice but to directly access the Elementor template ID connected to the page, and remove it from the markup?

Safe Mode doesn’t prevent the script execution either.
