How to disable auto updates in 3.7

Why there is no button to turn it off???!?!!!?

I have a lot of changes in the wordpress files and it just change it all back to wordpress standard.

There’s no button ATM. You should add the code to your wp-config.php

So i need to add this code to wp-config.php to disable auto updates like one i had today from 3.7 to 3.7.1 ?
