How to disable “Cache Notice” in admin?

    This link is probably outdated. I tried this in functions to remove the non-stop message, but still does not work. The “Cache” error just started not going away with “Block element” for some adblockers, and it was just after this update. Please add something for us to disable it. My statistics works when it’s not enabled, and does not work when it is enabled.
