How to disable caption in Simply Grid

In post it look like this

Gallery block settings -> Thumbnails Settings -> Show thumbnails Captions

This one is ok. Thank You.

But i made preset with this setting and when i create new post it’s still ON by default

To use a global preset in a specific gallery (block), the priority of global settings must be enabled; otherwise, the block is controlled by its individual settings.

Where can i check this setting for priority of global settings?

Gallery settings -> Use global presets

This means that you need to enable global settings each time you add a gallery. Isn’t it possible to make the global version enabled by default for all block types? For future posts

just apply this option manually for each new block

So there is not other option to disable forever caption?
