How to disable Double opt-in?

Double opt-in is part of Mailchimp service, I am afraid disabling double opt-in is not possible out of a box with Mailchimp form.

Hustle ver.6.0 is released. To deactivate double opt-in FOR MailChimp, please edit Opt-in and activate Add email collection to this pop-up. Please see attached screenshot:
