How to Disable “Estimate for X address” on Cart Page?

Hello,
On the cart page, prior to checkout, where the customer views what he has added to their cart, there is a text under the shipping options (which are fixed by the way) saying that these prices are an estimate and it somehow takes the customer location.

The options in the settings delivery tab for WooCommerce are all disabled – https://prntscr.com/lsm9wx
