How to disable Force Logout

Sorry about the delay.

Can you describe what happens when your “locked” out? (do you get a 403 error or something else, any messages that appear etc)

And how do you get back in?

Thanks for your reply and apologies too for not picking up earlier that you’d replied. I’d ticked the box to be notified but somehow missed it.

I get an error message something along the lines of can’t find the page (and there is a number, probably a 403), and I then have to log in again. Sorry, I don’t have the error code as it hasn’t happened today – it seems to happen every other day. Next time it happens, I’ll make a note of exactly what comes up.

Is there something you think I could try?

Do you have rename login page or login white list on?

If login page showing 403 forbidden error. It might be due to Login whitelist enabled and IP address you are accessing renamed login page is not in the whitelisted IPs.

define( 'AIOS_DISABLE_LOGIN_WHITELIST', true ); 

in wp-config.php and try access with that renamed login page. If still issue try add below constant in wp-config.php to cross check any firewall rule is not making issue.

define( 'AIOS_NO_FIREWALL', true);

Ok, just got logged out again. I don’t get an error code other than the message: “Oops! That page can’t be found.” when I try to do anything on my site. I then have to login and all is good again.

What is the browser location URL when you see the “Oops! That page can’t be found.”?

It seems force logout might be running and redirects to page where it shows not found page.
