Good afternoon, I have a website, which is in Portuguese, English and French, and an error has occurred in the translation of the gmail that is sent to the admin, when a customer submits a form on the website. How can I disable this gmail translation? I have already disabled the option for translating text input by the user, and in the Gravity Forms that I work with, the information appears correctly, just as the client filled in the form, but in the gmail that I receive, when I have a new subscriber, many times the name is poorly translated from what was entered. How can I remove the translation of the customer’s name in the gmail I receive?

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hey there,

Thanks for reaching out to us!

If you want to exclude the whole emails, you can use the function called “Exclude Gettext String” from the Advanced tab and there you can put the domain name of the plugin that generates this emails and these emails will be excluded from translation.

Also, make sure that after this, your emails are not translated by checking it to not have any translation in the String Editor.
