How to disable hover effect on post featured image

  • When I view the blog or category search page, hovering over the featured image causes a PLUS icon to display centred on the image and the image is also dimmed. Can those effects be disabled? My posts all feature a full-width image and I don’t want those images to be obscured in any way when scrolling up and down the page.
