How to disable Integration warning?

The red icon and warning appear if you have set reCAPTCHA (v2) API Keys in the previous version. As it tells, API keys for reCAPTCHA v3 are different from those for v2; keys for v2 don’t work with the v3 API. You need to register your sites again to get new keys for v3. Once you set new keys the warning will disappear.

If you don’t use reCAPTCHA anymore, leave the Site Key and Secret Key fields blank and just click the “Save Changes” button.

I cannot remember that I ever set the reCAPTCHA keys… Anyway, saving the reCAPTCHA settings with empty fields solved my problem. Thanks a lot!
