How to disable lazy load images only for AMP pages?

Hi.

i am using wp optimizer image lazy load but when i enable it, the featured image in posts went blank. but i turn off lazy load image in this post then it appears normally.

please guide me how can i disable it?

Note: I tried to find (.class) of featured image in amp pages via inspect element and added that into Wp-Optimizer exclude section but it did not worked. images are still not showing.
