How to disable "leave a comment" on a single page?

    Hi all. May i dsable the “leave a comment” just in a single page?
    If yes… how please?

    Please don’t post your subject titles in all caps, it’s ‘shouting’ and a bit rude online ??

    You can turn off comments per-post/page by unchecking the discussion options when you edit the page. If that doesn’t show up, click on ‘Screen Options’ (grey box, upper right corner, under ‘Howdy, aresca’) and check the box to show ‘Discussion’ options ?? Then you’ll see it on the edit page.

    Thank you very much. That’s perfect

    After browsing through some responses I figure out the easiest way to turn off comments for a single post this way without needing to edit any code:

    Click on Posts on left hand side of dashboard
    Click “Quick Edit” on the post you want to disable comments for
    Uncheck “Allow Comments” underneath the Post Tags text box
