• Upon loading the my Support page with [wp_support_plus] shortcode, the ticket filter appears and no tickets are displayed. Only when I click “Reset filter” do the tickets display. I can also get tickets to display if I click the Create New Ticket tab and then return to the Tickets tab.

    It seems that the plugin is automatically applying a filter by default, but I can’t figure out how to disable this.

    I am using the plugin only for private messages between individual users and the site admin, so I don’t expect to have a lot of tickets and I don’t need filters at all. How can I disable them?

    Hiding the buttons via CSS (as recommended in this post: www.ads-software.com/support/topic/filters-in-front/) doesn’t solve the problem.

    Hi there,

    How can we disable and completely hide the filter function above the ticket list?

    Thanks.

    #wpspBtnApplyFrontTicketFilter{
    display:none;
