How to disable plugin on page load – Compatibility with another plugin

Hello,
I’m the author of another plugin that adds CSS to the head of a page for specific devices.
W3 Total Cache is caching the file and loads it for every device which breaks the functionality of my plugin.
How would I go about deactivating the plugin under certain pages at certain times?
