    Hello,

Single event popup is really great on PC mode, but I found the scroll up and down is not constantly ON mobile mode, anyway to make it more smoothly?

OR, is there a way or by a code snippet to disable single event POPUP ONLY ON mobile mode please?

    Thanks

    Hi @alexlii,

Could you please share a live URL. When is there the pop-up?
On the shortcode or on the single event itself?
What widget is opening in a pop-up?
Please send us screenshots and live URL of the issue.

    Hello,

    Sorry for my poor english.

Please click here to access the page.

Here is the screenshot to show what I mean, and please click that button in RED:
    https://prntscr.com/o4581e

and you will note that the single event content will show up in a POP page as this screenshot:https://prntscr.com/o4596b

It work smoothly in PC mode and SIMULATED responsive mobile mode:

    https://prntscr.com/o45bdy

but it does not work as expected on safari of REAL IPHONE. I mean the scrolling up and down will be freezed.

It would be great if you could have a test on a real smart phone, and you will note what I mean.

So, it would be great if you could improve it or fix it, alternatively, it is ok if there is a way to disable single event POPUP.

    Thanks

    Hello @alexlii,

I checked your website in depth, and there were no issues. However, if the issue still persists, then proceed as follows:
For troubleshooting, deactivate all your plugins and let the MEC remain active only, set your theme on default, then reload the page, if the issue was solved, then activate your plugins one by one and your theme, refresh your page and check to see which plugin is causing the issue.

Please let us know the results.

    Best Regards
