How to disable registration OTP

    Thanks for contacting us.

    We have introduced the OTP while registration to avoid users getting registered using incorrect emails. This will secure your ticketing system from spamming.

    If you don’t want to use default registration process then you can use any third party registration plugin or WordPress default method for registration.

    If you want to change the registration method then please go to the Dashboard > Support > Settings > General Settings > Page Settings > User Registration.
