How to Disable Shipping Address when Local pick up is used?

    Hi

    We sell a physical card on our store with a Free Shipping and Office Pick up option. When the Office Pick is selected, the shipping address is still required.

    How can I set it up so that when Free Shipping is picked, the shipping address is required and when office pick up is picked, no shipping is required?

  • Hi @ashkanahmadi,

    One option would be to set the Shipping destination so it defaults to the customers’ billing address. You can do that at WooCommerce > Settings > Shipping > Shipping Options

    ship to default

    That will cause only the billing fields to be available at checkout. There will be a checkbox a user can click to open up the shipping fields if needed.
