How to disable The XML-RPC interface is enabled

  • On scanning I am getting this vulnerability report –

    ‘The XML-RPC interface is enabled. This significantly increases your site’s attackers. “

    I have tried all the possible ways,but unable to resolve the issue

    please suggest a way to resolve it
