How to disable thumbnail, Help Please!!!!!

I’m using the latest version of wordpress but I want to upload an image to an actual size. I don’t want it to be auto resized to thumbnail.

I just want to upload and grab it into a box and publish it. Hate to go back and adjust the original size ??
