How to disable urls rewriting?

Hi Support,

How do I disable urls rewriting? Currently the plugin replaces all internal links to page id links something like /?p=xxx. But not all my pages have correct page id. I’m using another plugin which creates its own pages. So the plugin rewrites the url not correct. Is there any way to disable this feature or make it more clever? Is it possible to disable it in just some specific cases? I’m just afraid that if I disable this feature I will lose all my existing links when they’re correct.
