How to disable username and turn on email login only

Hello WordPress Members,

How can I turn off the username and turn on email as username.
Many people get locked out or don’t know how to login because they don’t know what their username is, even though it says username or email.

This is because WooCommerce generates a username and thats why the customer constantly forget what their username is.
This problem drives me crazy because I have to deal with this problem constantly which is very annoying.
