How to disable users from adding a website URL link

  • Hi, I am starting a classified ads site and I cannot find where to disable Website URL’s that members add when submitting a classified ad on my site. I’d like for only premium members to have the opportunity to add their website link to an add, not regular members.
    Any suggestions?
