How to disable Welcome Area under 1024px?

    Hello All.

    This is the site in question

    I am trying to disable the Welcome Area animation only for screens under 1024px (Mobile Devices).

    I have an animation set currently for desktops – happy with it.

    I have set the header image under 1024px to load an image with the text imbedded in the image but I still see the animation wiz by when I load it on a iPhone (for example). and if I turn the mobile device sideways I see both the under 1024px image and the welcome area image. (text image.png file)

    Any suggestions? I am not a Brogrammer so please use ‘kid gloves’ with me.
