    I am using WooCommerce subscription plugin, Under EXISTING SUBSCRIPTIONS, the first step in the order is PROCESSING and now its going straight to COMPLETED…In addition we are unable to create the shipping label for these orders

  • If something is a virtual product it will move directly to completed status as there is nothing left to do. We would need a lot more info to try to help further as there isn’t much to go on.

    Things that can cause issues like this.
    – 3rd party integrations (shipping things, zapier, etc.)
    – Virtual product
    – Custom Coding
    – Someone went in and updated the order status manually

    Can you provide a screenshot of the order itself removing the customer information unless it was a made up order is advised.
