    Hi,

Really like the theme, and all it can do.??

However, I woukd like to know how to hide the ‘comment’status at the top of a post. Ive installed facebook comments, but the theme still shows wordpress comment status. Which makes no sense.

Would be glad of quick reply…

    Thank you!

    Mary

    Hi friend,

To hide number of comments for single-post, please follow steps:

a/ On Admin Dashboard > go to Appearance > Customize
    b/ Click section(tab) General Settings
    c/ Click child-section “Single post”
d/ Un-check option “Show number of comments”
e/ Click Save button on the top
f/ Clear cache and refresh your site

    Best regards,

Hi Alex, the problem is with the posts on the static front page, they are still showing up ‘comments closed’ because I closed the wordpress comments. Obviously the fb comment section is open.

If you just look at the blog ruemain.com you’ll see what I mean. I did everything you said above and it didnt work…

b/ After install & active, for each post widgets, you can see 2 options
    – is show date ?
    – is show comments ?
    *uncheck to hide
