Thanks for the suggestion. It has been placed on the project board for a future release. I’m not sure when I’ll be able to put this in, though.

Hey when you copy the embed code from youtube, there should be an option to turn that off (usually a checkbox below the code you copy)… or just modify the code by adding ?rel=0 immediately after the iframe url like I did below.

    ‘<iframe width=”420″ height=”315″ src=”https://www.youtube.com/embed/oBOD6x-dZSo?rel=0&#8243; frameborder=”0″ allowfullscreen></iframe>’

I don’t know about that plugin, but hope that helps,

    Kevin

    Hi guys,

I need to disable youtube related videos too. I’ve add &rel=0 to the URL’s video and it doesn’t work for me.

Stefan, is it possible to reload the video after it’s finished? I mean if is it possible that video comes back to the state before user has clicked on it ?

    Thank you very much,

    Pablo

    Hi JC, Kevin and Pablo,

Thanks for the suggestion, Kevin. It’s the right solution indeed.

Adding the ‘rel’ attribute to the slide’s video ID wouldn’t work in the back-end, as it’s broken down when creating a slideshow out of it.

I’ve added an option that defaults to not showing related videos after the YouTube player is finished playing the video. This option will be available in the next update, version 2.2.12. I’m hoping to relase it within the next couple of days.

    Best regards,
    Stefan

This is exactly what I’ve been looking for!
    Hope the update comes soon.

    Cheers Stefan

Just had a client ask for this feature. They love having youtube as part of their slideshow but would love to see the related videos go away.

    Thank you, Stefan.
