How to Disallow crawling WordPress files

I’m getting a lot of errors on the Google Search Console in Mobile Usability that are for weird areas of the WordPress file structure. For example:
https://mysite.org/wp-content/themes/education/languages/
I’d like to be able to add to the virtual robots.txt file:
Disallow: /wp-content/themes/
How can I do that?
