How to disconnect blog from Facebook and twitter

When I google this, I’m told to go to Settings on my dashboard and then Share, but I don’t see a Share link. I have a Share and Follow, but when I go in there, I don’t see anything about Facebook. I have a feeling that this connection was made long ago in a different version, but really need to disconnect it now. Thank you!
