How to display all day event

I have a custom display of
<div>[start-custom format=” D j F \a\t g.ia”]: [event-title] [if-location] – [location][/if-location]: [if-description] [description html=true] [/if-description]</div>

How do I get an all day event to display sensibly? The above gives

Tue 21 April 12.00am: MU Outing to Rochester All day outing to Rochester by train

i.e. it displays 12.00am whereas it would be better to just omit the time in the case of an all day event.

e.g. Tue 21 April: MU Outing to Rochester All day outing to Rochester by train

Is there a way of acheiving this?
