How to display all in the home page including images not the summary n link

Hello i been having a problem for couple days now and this is the issue i have a problem with the home page when you post a posting it jus post a summary to the link of your posting which i want everything to post everything in the home page it looks like other blogs do it automatically and wordpress doesnt how would i fix this please help thank you .
