I hope this message finds you well.

I am currently using the Chauffeur Booking System plugin on my website, integrated with WooCommerce for handling bookings and payments. I have encountered an issue related to the checkout process and synchronization between WooCommerce and the plugin that I hope you can assist with.

    Here is the situation:

    1. Add to Cart Option: When the “Add to Cart” option is disabled in the plugin settings, users are redirected to a checkout URL. However, when users are on this checkout page, they only see fields for credit card details and do not have the option to enter their billing details such as name, address, etc. Despite using the same URL, this results in an incomplete checkout experience.
    2. Checkout URL Behavior: I would like to understand if there are different URLs or logic paths for the checkout process within WooCommerce when the “Add to Cart” option is disabled. Why does this checkout page not display the necessary customer information fields?
    3. Google Pay and Apple Pay: Enabling the “Add to Cart” option is crucial for displaying payment options like Google Pay and Apple Pay. When this option is disabled, these payment methods are not visible to users, which impacts the payment experience.

Could you please provide guidance on the following:

    • The rationale behind the different checkout experiences with the “Add to Cart” option enabled versus disabled.
    • How I can ensure that the checkout page displays all required billing details and payment options, including Google Pay and Apple Pay.

Your assistance in resolving this issue would be greatly appreciated. If you need any additional information or access to specific settings, please let me know.

    Thank you for your support.

    Best regards,
    Ali

    Hi @scotlandtravel

I appreciate your detailed explanation of the issue you’re experiencing with the Chauffeur Booking System plugin and its integration with WooCommerce.

From what you’ve described, it doesn’t seem to be the default behavior. It looks like the Chauffeur Booking plugin is interfering with the checkout process.

Since this is a third-party plugin, and we don’t provide help & support for 3rd-party plugins or themes as they’re outside our support scope. It would be best to reach out to the plugin developer for further assistance.

    Thanks for understanding.

Hi, thank you for your response, I have contacted there support team.

Can someone also please guide me if there is any woocommerce plugin that can help me calculate my profit as you can see my website is about taxi booking and doesn’t specifically have any product although we have pricing structure and so on.

    Hi @scotlandtravel

Since you don’t have any products, none of the existing plugins will likely be of much use to you, aside from the taxi booking one you’ve already utilized.

However, you can explore the built-in Analytics option in WooCommerce. This tool can offer you some comprehensive reports, including insights into your revenue. More info: https://woocommerce.com/document/woocommerce-analytics/

I hope this helped you in the right direction!
